I’d like to announce the first official release of the Custom Fields For Anything plugin (v1.0) for WordPress.
Tools to facilitate the assignment and retrieval of custom fields for anything.

Scott – I believe this plugin was what I was looking for. A couple questions/coments:
1) The link on the plugin page that is suppose to take you here for comments is broken 🙂
2) When I activate the plugin, it does not create the db table Im using wp 2.7
3) Do you know of anyone who has used this to build a gui for adding meta fields to categories? That is the missing piece for me.
